Episode 17: The Five Facets of Running- Part 5: Physical Training

What’s Up Runners! This episode is the final part in our series where we talk about the facets of running. In each episode, we will discuss a different facet where we dive deep into a couple of habits that you can incorporate into your training model in order to help you perform your best and stay injury free!

In this episode, it’s all about physical training. More specifically, we dive into smart training frequencies, sustainability practices, and the importance of strength training and cross training.

Just a heads up, I get sassy in this episode and my language is a little spicy! But it’s all because I am so passionate in providing the most up to date information while giving you the freedom to choose what is best for you. We are leaving the fear mongering at the door and entering into spaces that are empowering and uplifting.
