Today, we are going to dive deeper into specific sleep and recovery topics such as:
Active versus passive recovery
Gadgets for recovery (massage guns, leg pumps, red light therapy, etc.) are great, BUT, you need sleep, hydration, nutrition, stress management, and electrolytes to all be balanced for those gadgets to work!
Sleep hygiene and it’s an all day process
How alcohol affects sleep
