In his own words, Gregory is a 60 year old author, motivational speaker, avid triathlon athlete, health and fitness disruptor, and coach with an impressive list of athletic accomplishments well into the later years of his life. He even has his sights on hiking Mt. Kilimanjaro when he is 80!
