    Dates: September 25-28, 2025

    Arrival: September 25th

    • 9am: Pick up from Rhode Island TF Green Airport

    • 11am: Pick up from Boston Logan Airport

    • 1pm: Arrival at the retreat center

    • 3pm: Coaches Introductions & Ice Breaker

    • 3:30pm: Yoga for Athletes

    • 4:30-6:30pm: Free Time - optional 2-4 mile shake out available or shower & change before taking the opportunity to walk into town or simply change into your swimsuit and hang by the beach or in the hot tub before dinner!

    Early check in & airport pick up is available for an additional $185 on September 24th for those that choose to fly in day early. Additional pricing includes transportation from the airport, room and dinner. Lunch not included.

    Leave: September 28th

    • 7am: Light Continental Breakfast & Coffee

    • 8am: Strip the Beds, Bring Down Dirty Towels & Pack Up for Check Out

    • 9am: Annual Scavenger Hunt Competition!

  • All activities are optional!

    We encourage runners to continue to train at the volume, frequency & intensity of running they normal would while at REVIVE.

    Below is what will be offered:

    • Thursday: Yoga for Athletes + 2-4 Mile EZ Run

    • Friday: Trail Run, Hike or Walk at Local State Park ~60 minutes

    • Saturday: Long Run between 6-15 Miles depending upon participant comfort, training demands and pace. Optional cross training available during this time as well. Then after the long run, Yoga Nidra will be offered to aid in relaxation and recovery!

    • Sunday: Annual Scavenger Hunt Competition! Prizes available for winners!

  • All runners from beginner to advanced are welcome. Most runners that have attended REVIVE in the past have 1-10 years of experience.

    All paces are welcome and will be equally supported by our experienced and diverse coaching staff! In 2024, we had participants ranging from 8:30 min/mi up to 15:00 min/mi. No one ran alone and everyone felt included!

    That being said here is what we would love to see runners tolerating prior to arriving at REVIVE:

    • An minimum weekly mileage of 10-20 miles

    • A minimum daily run of 2-3 miles

    • A minimum long run of 6 miles

    • Transportation to and from Boston Logan Airport & Rhode Island TF Green Airport

    • Transportation to and from run locations and other weekend events

    • Room & Board

    • Special Gifts from each of your Coaches

    • Gear & Goodies from our Sponsors!

    • Educational seminars on female physiology & general training concepts

    • 1:1 Coaching Sessions with the coach of your choice

    • Dry needling & soft tissue massage sessions

    • Yoga for Athletes & Yoga Nidra

    • Daily Runs and/or Cross Training

    • Retreat Center Activities including private beach access, hot tub, fireside chats & team dinners!

    • Night out in Dennis Port at local restaurant/ brewery!

  • Thursday September 25th

    Guest Arrival Day & Welcome

    • 9am: Pick up from Rhode Island TF Green Airport

    • 11am: Pick up from Boston Logan Airport

    • 1pm: Arrival at the retreat center

    • 1:00-2:45 pm: Settle in, unpack and mingle with other guests & coaches

    • 2:45pm: Change for Yoga

    • 3pm: Coaches Introductions & Ice Breaker

    • 3:30pm: Yoga for Athletes

    • 4:30-6:30pm: Free Time - optional 2-4 mile shake out available or shower & change before taking the opportunity to walk into town or simply change into your swimsuit and hang by the beach or in the hot tub before dinner!

    • 6:30pm: Team Dinner, Review Schedule for Friday & Introduce Shoe Box Questions

    • 7:30-9:30pm: Downtime: Walk on the Beach or Hot Tub

    • 8pm: Optional Fireside Chat

    • 9:30pm: Bedtime!

    Coaches and support staff will be sleeping in separate bedrooms to give the participants their privacy.

    The Retreat Center has 2.5 baths that will be shared between participants, coaches and support staff.

    There is also a private outdoor shower available for use - weather permitting.

  • Your deposit is nonrefundable.

    Cancellation must be received in writing by email, and is subject to the following fees per person:

    • Before June 15th – Full Refund NOT including your deposit

    • Before August 15th – Half Refund NOT including your deposit

    • After August 15th - No Refund, unless we can fill your spot prior to sign up closing

  • Yes, there will be 2 male staff present at the retreat center during the weekend of REVIVE.

    The Personalized Running Doc is an equal opportunity employer and has chosen all staff members based upon their qualifications and background in the running community, not gender. This decision was also made for the safety of the participants being a house of 10-13 females.

    The male staff are primarily involved in background roles to help the retreat run smoothly and efficiently by providing support as our chauffeur, clean up crew and photographer.

    All participants can be assured that each male staffer will be rooming separately from participants and will be utilizing separate bathroom/shower facilities. Male staff will also not be present during the more intimate gatherings during the retreat for comfort of all female participants.

The Personalized Running Doc LLC utilizes PtEverywhere Software to schedule & process credit card payments for REVIVE Running Retreat. Due to software limitations, when reserving your spot REVIVE Running Retreat will be referred to as a “Class” you are booking. Please disregard this misnomer.

When selecting your accommodations it is important to know that each form of accommodation is noted as a separate class. You will be prompted to search for an available class once you select your accommodations. Hit “Keep Looking” until September 25th pops up on the calendar & then select your class on the calendar from there in order to proceed with payment to reserve your spot. You will be asked to simply place your deposit only upon booking.

Again each form of accommodation is listed as a different class with different class sizes available. The class sizes refers to the beds available in this type of accommodation i.e. 2 spots will be available for the “Private Room Queen Beds” Class. This is to ensure no one books a bed that is no longer available.

If the system notes there are no classes available for the specific type of accommodation you have selected, this means that all available beds have been reserved & you must search availability under a different accommodation type.
