  • The role of electrolytes and why they are important to maintain for sport performance

  • Different methods for replenishing fluids and electrolytes including electrolyte tablets/powders (ie. Nuun, LMNT) and sports drinks

  • How to determine the appropriate amount and timing of fluids and electrolytes needed for your body

  • The risks and signs of under-hydration and electrolyte imbalance and how to avoid it
