What’s Up Runners! This episode is the first part in a five part series where we are going to discuss the facets of running. Each episode is going to discuss a different facet where we dive deep into a couple of habits that you can incorporate into your training model in order to help you perform your best and stay injury free!

First up, it’s all about nutrition! This area is the number one skill that the majority of my clients need the most work on. Utilizing better nutrition will not only help you reach your goals, it will also improve your longevity in the sport of running.

I want to make sure that you understand that there is a difference between nutrition for aesthetic purposes versus nutrition for performance goals. Once I started using nutrition to fuel my body with performance in mind, I started to CRUSH my workouts and gained so so much more confidence in my running.
